Job Title: Inventory and Order Fulfilment Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team as an Inventory and Order Fulfilment Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in managing inventory, processing orders, addressing client inquiries, conducting stock analysis, coordinating embroidery tasks, and overseeing shipping logistics.
Your primary duties will include picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders promptly, as well as managing our inventory and logistic matters.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of medical scrubs and related products.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyse stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
Order Fulfilment:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
- Address any order discrepancies or issues promptly.
Client Communication:
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels including email, phone, and live chat.
- Provide product information, assist with sizing queries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Embroidery Coordination:
- Facilitate the embroidery process by delivering, collecting and coordinating with embroidery services, and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain quality standards for embroidered products.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in garment handling, embroidery processes, and logistics coordination is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve and work independently.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Valid driver’s license & and transportation required.
- The position is part-time/full time to be discussed.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Office based in Durbanville.
Candidate must be based in Durbanville or surroundings.
