ORDER FULFILMENT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing apparel business.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in clothing, retail, apparel production, stock management, or e-commerce fulfilment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing and fulfilling online orders
• Managing stock levels and inventory
• Conducting stock takes and stock reconciliations
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Coordinating embroidery orders and customisations
• Assisting customers with order enquiries
• Coordinating collections and courier shipments
• Assisting with quality control checks
• Supporting day-to-day operational functions of the business

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in apparel, fashion, retail clothing, manufacturing, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfilment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with inventory and stock systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own reliable transport
• Based in or near Durbanville

Experience with clothing production, garment manufacturing, sizing, fabrics, or apparel stock management will be highly advantageous.

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organised Marketing & Content Coordinator to help grow one of South Africa’s leading premium scrubs brands.

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of branding, content creation, and the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a product-based brand and a good eye for styling, photography, and visual storytelling.

This is not your typical marketing role. We’re looking for someone with personality, confidence, initiative, and a genuine passion for creating engaging content and building brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Creating and managing content across all social media platforms
• Appearing in videos, reels, stories, and marketing campaigns
• Planning, organising, and coordinating photoshoots and content days
• Liaising with photographers, models, influencers, ambassadors, and suppliers
• Assisting with influencer and ambassador relationships
• Creating social media calendars and content plans
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content
• Identifying trends and opportunities within the apparel industry
• Assisting with launches, events, and activations
