WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING MANAGER
📍 Durbanville | 🗓 4 days in office, 1 day hybrid
We’re looking for a dynamic, high-energy Marketing Manager to take the lead on marketing across growing brands. This role is perfect for someone who’s a jack of all trades, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
About the role:
You’ll be responsible for running marketing end-to-end across our brands, including:
- Creating and managing content (social media, campaigns, launches)
- Managing social media accounts and strategy
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Working with and sourcing influencers
- Organising events, launches, and brand activations
- Helping grow brand awareness and engagement
- Working closely with a small team across multiple brands
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in marketing (hands-on, not just strategy)
- Is confident creating content and comfortable being involved on camera
- Has a great eye for photography and aesthetics
- Is high energy, confident, and not shy
- Is organised, neat, and a strong planner
- Can work independently but also thrives in a team
- Is adaptable, versatile, and enjoys variety
- Is hardworking and takes ownership of their role
