1. Which size should I choose?

2. Do you make custom orders?

3. Can I add personalised embroidery?

Yes, we offer personalised embroidery on our solid colour scrub tops.

Please fill out embroidery form when adding solid colour tops to your cart.

Please note all embroidery is done in white. Please add a note if you would like to change the colour.

Shipping & Returns:

1. When can I expect my order?

We manufacture all our items locally. Manufacturing can take 10-25 business days depending on the availability of the order & production lines.

The delivery dates of pre-orders will be stated in the product description.

Custom embroidery can add up to 5 working days.

You will receive an email as soon as your items are ready and on its way to you.

2. What is your shipping cost?

We have a flat rate of R99 delivery anywhere in South Africa.

Free Delivery on all orders over R2000.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this moment. 

We do however ship to Namibia - please place your order via email for an accurate shipping quotation: info@basixclothing.co.za

4. Can I return my order?

Please contact us within 7 days from delivery if you would like to return or exchange an item: return@basixclothing.co.za

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Embroidered items cannot be returned .
